    At Burnout to Bliss Coaching, our mission is empowerment: help individuals take back control of their health and well-being through personalized coaching and guidance.

    My Approach

    I believe in a holistic coaching approach: focusing on supporting the client using personalized psychological-coaching techniques that tailored to the needs and lifestyles of any client. 

    Meet Me

    As a nurse of 10+ years, I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their personal health and wellness goals. 


    Through my own personal and professional experiences, I've been there too: being caught in a cycle of chronic stress, emotional fatigue, and inner disconnection while still trying to show up, perform, and lead at your best. Eventually, I reached a breaking point. 


    Instead of breaking down, I broke through: through personal and professional work, I created a space to connect with clarity, positive energy, and a deeper sense of alignment with my mind and body. 


    By doing this, I discovered something powerful: when people work with their nervous system—not against it—we can reclaim our focus, our well-being, and our ability to lead with resilience. Today, I help  others do the same by using trauma-informed coaching, nervous system support, and strategic recalibration.
